We only accept the payment methods listed below and when displayed to the customers as they place their order.
DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
You can pay via Direct Bank Transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account by using the bank data displayed while ordering. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Payment for your order will be due within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation.
You can pay securely via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal at the end of the ordering process. If you already have a PayPal account, you can log in with your user details and make the payment. If you don’t already have a PayPal account, you can log in as a guest or open a PayPal account and complete the payment.
You can pay easily and securely with your credit card via PayPal. You will be redirected to PayPal website at the end of the ordering process. You can then select credit card method and complete the payment.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is fulfilled by DHL and UPS. Unless stated otherwise in the product description, our delivery time is within 5-14 working days (Mon-Fri) of receiving your order payment. Once your parcel has been sent, you will receive your order’s tracking number along with the delivery confirmation via email. This will allow you to check the status of your delivery online using the courier’s tracking portal.
Shipping costs are charged to the customer.
Shipping costs for orders fulfilled in Berlin are:
Germany : DHL with Tracking Number : 5.69€ / UPS with Tracking Number : 9.89€
Rest of Europe : DHL with Tracking Number : 19.39€ / UPS with Tracking Number : 25.00€
Rest of the World : UPS with Tracking Number : 35.00€
Shipping costs for orders fulfilled in fulfilment centers other than Berlin are calculated live and displayed at checkout with your order.

Any customs or import duties are charged once the order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the order. You may have to pay VAT , Customs Duty or Excise Duty on goods sent before you can collect them. Tata Christiane is not responsible for the payment of these costs.
14 DAYS RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received your orders. If the return period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. All goods that are returned for a refund must be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only goods that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE
You must tell Tata Christiane that you want to cancel your purchase by using our revocation formular, by adding a written statement with the goods or by email and send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us.
GETTING YOUR REFUND
Tata Christiane will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we can delay refunding you if we haven’t received the goods or evidence that you’ve returned them.
You are responsible for any return shipping costs, VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty costs. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Tata Christiane is not responsible for any return shipping costs nor for VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty costs on goods reimbursement for orders outside the European Union ( EU ).
