These products are prepared at their facilities in Lithuania or Spain and then sent to our studio in Berlin for meticulous quality control by our skilled team. After this quality control step, your order is carefully packed and shipped from our studio in Berlin.
Due to this extra quality control step, the delivery time for print edition products may be slightly longer. We believe it's worth the wait to ensure you receive the best possible product.

You can pay via Direct Bank Transfer. Make your payment directly into our bank account by using the bank data displayed while ordering. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. Payment for your order will be due within 7 days of receiving your order confirmation.

All goods that are returned for a refund must be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only goods that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.
