Return Policy

14 DAYS RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days for a full refund. You can do so for any reason. The return period expires 14 days after the day you received your order. If the return period expires on a non-working day, your deadline is extended till the next working day. All goods that are returned for a refund must be unwashed and unworn and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only goods that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

CANCEL YOUR PURCHASE

You must let us know that you want to cancel your purchase by email at contact@tatachristiane.com, by using our revocation form , by adding a written statement with the goods, and send the unused goods back within 14 days of informing us at Tata Christiane / Julie Bourgeois - Am Stadtpark 2-3, 10367 Berlin – Germany.

GETTING YOUR REFUND

Tata Christiane will give you a refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. The refund includes the shipping costs you have payed with your order (except if you have chosen another shipping method than the one we have offered by default at chekout). However, we can delay refunding you until we have received the goods. You are responsible for any return shipping costs, VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty costs. All customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

Tata Christiane is not responsible for any return shipping costs nor for VAT, Customs Duty or Excise Duty costs on goods reimbursement for orders outside the European Union ( EU ).
